1. My payment did not go through. How can I pay?

If you have a LOG number for your order and need to complete payment, you can do so here.

2. Is payment made securely?

Yes. All payments are made through Checkout.com which is authorised and regulated as a Payment institution by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
